We offer shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is €6.95 on orders below €75. Standard shipping is free from €75. Final charges are shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Expected delivery times will be shown for each product once available. Times depend on where an item is dispatched from and its destination.
How can I track my order?
You can check your orders and their status in your customer account. Tracking information is shared when available.
Do I need an account?
No. Accounts are optional and let you see orders and address details. Sign in securely using a one-time email code.
Can I return an item?
Yes. For most online clothing purchases, a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies after delivery. Returns are free: LAYL covers direct return shipping costs. The full return procedure and address will be published once confirmed. Your legal rights remain unchanged.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email info@layl.eu as soon as possible. Changes might not be possible after processing has begun. Statutory rights still apply.
